THE INTERNATIONAL CENTER OF PHOTOGRAPHY’S NEW INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AGREEMENT by Daniel Temkin, 2012

The International Center of Photography’s New Intellectual Property Rights Agreement
by Daniel Temkin

“For a month in 2012, I instituted my own mandatory intellectual property rights agreement across the public use computers at ICP. Macs were made to look like Windows XP machines, EULA messages were displayed in windows that couldn’t be closed.
