		<description>I was turned off of Public Enemies (but haven&#039;t watched it) because of Mann&#039;s dogged insistence to use HD cameras. Intercut with 35mm, it just looks terrible. Also, if there should be a hard-and-fast rule for period films, it should be to not use digital cameras because, hell, that&#039;d be like if it was in IMAX 3D. It clashes with the story.

I haven&#039;t seen your 2 and 1, and I&#039;ll add them to ye olde Netflix queue. Overall, great to have the diversity in which our top threes are completely different.</description>
